Automotive Rubber Sheeting Products

White Cross Rubber have been servicing the automotive industry in the UK and abroad with rubber and thermoplastic blend sheeting products for over thirty years.

Our extensive experience in designing and manufacturing high performance and reinforced rubber sheeting and rubber coated fabrics is based on deep technical understanding and a proven track record in application.

In successfully operating in the automotive sector, WCRP meet the exacting product standards demanded by the global vehicle brands, gaining type approval where necessary, as well as fulfilling the quality and delivery requirements of the tier 2-4 supply chain.

Custom Made and Applied Technology Products for the Automotive Sector

White Cross Rubber are proud to be able to offer a wide range of rubber solutions to the automotive industry. Possessing a full design and manufacture capability, we are able to design Custom Made rubber sheetings and rubber coated textiles to meet the exact performance criteria requested by the customer, often in new application areas. Examples of this are thin gauge EPDM-EVA blend sheeting designed to be moulded onto to sound-deadening ‘heavy-layer’ to provide an aesthetic and durable finish and decorative finish rubber sheeting for tactile interior applications.

Alternatively, WCRP have a range of standard ‘Applied Technology’ products that have been honed over the years to provide high spec solutions to a range of more standard applications. These products include rubber sheetings and rubber coated textiles for flexible fuel cell/tank liners for F1 cars amongst others and a range of high performance rubber gasket, diaphragm and seal sheetings.

Multi-sector Expertise and Experience

Working within the automotive sector in the UK and overseas requires WCRP to have a broad appreciation of the rubber technologies that are commonly employed within it. However, we are uniquely positioned, due to the diverse range of sectors we work in, to cross-fertilise the best tried and tested ideas from one sector to another.
